DJ was flexible when quoting us, not only on timing but also price. We also appreciated his personal touch on the project - he gave recommendations and let us choose from there. He went above and beyond what he had to do. I contracted DJ off a recommendation and I hope others do the same off of my recommendation. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsWilliams Custom Concrete poured a new stamped concrete patio for my neighbor and I at our condos. We have an adjoining patio and DJ was very patient and accommodating in not only dealing with me but also my neighbor and the demands of the condo association. Most contractors were not interested in the job and wouldn’t even return calls. DJ and his crew did a great job and protected the lawn from the heavy equipment and left no damage. He power washed the siding upon completion and left the area cleaner than he found it. At my request he put an extra coating of sealer at no charge. The patio is beautiful and my neighbor and I are very pleased. DJ and his crew were very polite and courteous. I highly recommend Williams Custom Concrete. See more See less

5 out of 5 starsDJ and his crew did me right on my projects. Great price got my pad and sidewalk done and was able to get a firepit/patio on my budget. All heights set perfect. Water runs off sidewalk away from house as needed. Layout is exactly as I planned. Step height is perfect. Pad for shed has perfect lean for rain/water. Shed company even commented how nice it was to work with. No damage from equipment. Broom finish looks great. All leftover spoils were moved or removed as requested. Completed the job, just how we agreed. Didn't run short on the pour. No extra concrete left. Close enough to make me sweat though. No complaints. Anyone worried about a little splatter on adjoining siding or brick should plan for it and protect it. Or pay extra if they need the contractor to do it. I've had three contractors on three projects in 25 years and they all got some splatters from a pour. It's pored concrete, that's what it does. If I was that worried, I would've laid pavers instead. To all looking to have work done, (from any contractor),... "Be upfront with your expectations to your contractors; that's how they are quoting your job." See more See less
